GROUP EXERCISE

We take special pride in quality and quantity of our classes. Before joining a class, please refer to the class descriptions. This will help you select the ideal workout for your abilities and interest. If you are a new participant, please introduce yourself to the instructor. She will answer any questions and concerns that you may have and will suggest modifications for the first time participants throughout the workout.

All classes are one hour in length unless specified otherwise. Each class includes a warm-up and a cool-down period designed to address injury prevention, functionality, and flexibility.

Our instructors are professionally trained, and are required to ensure that members do not join a class later or leave before the cool-down. We encourage you to work at your preferred level of intensity and impact. We hope to see you in class.
